ARTOBOTS
John Chamberlain audio tour hack @ Guggenheim [LINK]
Artobots is an unofficial audio tour that literally transforms John Chamberlian’s exhibition at the Guggenheim museum into a fictional commemorative art show created by the Decepticons to celebrate their victory over the Autobots.
Prime reason for being interested in the show. If only it had come out a week earlier… and if I’ve taken the time to see Michael Bay’s prior masterworks.
(Perhaps it is sufficient even without having taken the survey course.)
But is it institutional critique?

ADmented Reality - Google Glasses Remixed with Google Ads (by rebelliouspixels)
Finally, an overlay of commercial reality. Though in theory the glasses themselves will be so expensive as to make it a premium and ad-free experience?
In any event, I found Google’s initial video pretty ingratiating. Who the needs a map of the Strand, anyway?
It was probably the Guggenheim.
